Big Bags
Polypropylene fabrics are characterized by high strength, thanks to which they can be used in production of packages with a capacity of even several cubic meters and load capacity of up to 5000 kg. Big-Bags are equipped with slings for loading and unloading and their construction enables quick, also automatic, filling and emptying. Diversity of solutions enables matching of packaging type to the requirements of each customer.
Big-Bags are mainly applied for transportation and storage of all types of raw-materials and bulk products starting from carbon black, cement and sand with granulation of a few microns, through granulates, gravel, chemicals, construction materials to granitic blocks, coal or production waste.
Manufacture, construction, and applied raw-materials are subject to the intended use of a given bag and depend on individual requirements of the customer. Fabrics and materials required in production, except for rare exceptions, are produced by AGROSAK S.A.
One-loop and two-loop Big-Bags
Specific construction of bags (loop and body are made of one piece of fabric) is decisive for their durability and facilitates transportation. They are used for the packaging of bulk products, both loose and granulated. The application of polyethylene liner enables tight sealing of bags that is why Big-Bags of this type are most frequently used ones for packing of fertilizers.

4-loop bags
The most universal Big-Bag type. Characterized by comfort in use, storage and transportation. Owing to the method of filling and emptying, these bags may be used as repeatable usage bags.

- top construction: open, with skirt and filling spout
- bottom construction: flat, with skirt and discharge spout
- two-sided overprint available in three colours
- Q-Bag – bag with inside stabilizers which help to maintain the bag’s form once the bag has been filled. Thanks to this storage space can be reduced and transportation means can be optimally used.
